Yes they are! Our hair systems are like having natural hair growing from the roots, you will be able to shower and wash your hair like normal. There are a few techniques we can show you to wash and condition your hair.

if you are a regular swimmer that's fine too, we will advise you on a more regular maintenance to preserve the life of your hair or wear a swimming cap. we want to ensure that you can wear your hair system in the most natural way without having any complications.

These hair systems are designed to be light and comfortable. A properly fitted cap will ensure that you will hardly notice the system on your head.

Looking after your system is super easy. Regular washing with warm water is important whenever you notice the hair is dirty. it is also necessary to use conditioner to restore moisture to your hair. Air drying is recommended however a hair dryer can be used at a distance from the hair system.

Wash your hair system 1-2 times per week, more frequently if you have an active lifestyle. there is no need to wash your hair every day when wearing a system.

On average you will need to remove the hair system to clean and replace the adhesive every 3-5 weeks.

Maintenance is advised to check and maintain your scalp and to re-attach your system.

We do provide a maintenance plan which includes the removal of your hair system, full wash and clean followed by your system being reapplied, styled and your back and sides cut.

Each hair system has an average lifespan before a replacement is required. It will depend on how well you take care and look after your hair system but typically our hair lasts anywhere from 4 to 6 months, some clients have made them last longer with the right care.

All hair systems will lose hair over time just like normal natural hair. The hair is injected into a skin base or knotted to a lace base system so hair will shed over a period of time.

No, in order for your system to fully bond it is best to wait 24-48 hours before sweating a great deal. also we advise not to shower for the first 24 hours after your system is fitted.
